To expand our Technical Support structure, internally known as Customer Success, we are looking for brilliant recent graduates to join a structured professional growth and rotation path dedicated to our proprietary software platform and services. Following an initial training and operational period within the Customer Success area, the path involves a transition into the Delivery area, with a focus on delivery or business analyst roles.

In a first phase within the Customer Success area, the program is structured to provide a comprehensive, 360-degree overview of the department, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally across all our software suites and solutions. This allows you to gain in-depth experience in support activities structured across multiple levels:
  • Event Monitoring and Flow Management: supervision of technological infrastructures.
  • Analysis and Diagnostics: taking ownership and managing customer requests, focusing on the in-depth analysis of reported anomalies.
  • Application Maintenance: a highly technical activity focused on code analysis and bug-fixing operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines;
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java or .NET) and SQL relational databases;
  • Interest in code analysis and problem-solving activities;
  • Good communication skills and a natural predisposition for customer relationship management;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Full-Time availability.
What We Offer:
  • 3+3 month training internship, aimed at subsequent employment;
  • €800 per month;

The work location will be Turin office or Headquarters in Roreto di Cherasco (CN).
