We're looking for a Business Analyst.
You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies for process digitalization. Starting with defining functional and technical requirements, you will grow your expertise and eventually manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of project success and budget.

The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Elicit and thoroughly analyze client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Design and execute test cases.
• Provide expert functional and technical support to the development team.
• Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
• Deliver regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

The role requires possession of the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven analytical and design skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with some of the following technologies: EDI, e-invoicing, archiving, OCR, and digital document management solutions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other TESISQUARE locations.
• Knowledge of information security legislation, particularly ISO 27001.


The work location will be Turin or Milan with availability to travel to other TESISQUARE offices and Clients.
