Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to embark on a functional growth path in an environment where technology enables new business models and transparent communication with the end consumer.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Managing the relationship and direct contact with Customers to understand their operational needs.
• Participating in pre-sales calls to support the presentation of Elision products and solutions, specifically in the areas of IoT and Digital Identity.
• Defining and documenting detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Supporting Project Management activities, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
• Defining, executing, and managing test cases to ensure software quality and alignment with requirements.
• Providing customer support and managing technical reports/tickets to ensure system efficiency.
• Collaborating with technical teams for log analysis and database querying.

The role requires possession of the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree (newly graduated) in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• Strong desire to pursue a functional career path as a Business Analyst.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, including SQL queries and log analysis.
• Fundamental understanding of electronics and hardware (Ethernet networks, printers, barcode/RFID readers).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity and aptitude for customer relations.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

The worksite will be our office in Romagnano Sesia (NO) with availability for national and international travels.
