We’re looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team.

Account Manager in TESISQUARE® is a business figure with the responsibility of developing new business opportunities, respecting pipeline objectives, establishing solid relationships with Customers identifying Decision Makers and reaching the sales budget, guaranteeing the quality of the proposal and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is able to negotiate contracts and conclude agreements to maximize profits, she/he has the responsibility to ensure timely and successful delivery of
TESISQUARE®’s Value Proposition, according to customer needs and objectives, identifying areas of improvement.

In this case she/he collaborates closely with Client Manager, also activating new internal relations in order to guarantee up-selling and cross-selling and defining the Client plan.

The Account Manager also supports Head of Sales in the analysis of the customer's needs, in the preparation of the documentation necessary to open or consolidate a negotiation, in the definition of the contracts and she/he is able to support Business Line in collaboration with Marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.

The Account Manager has excellent communication skills and she/he is able to present and influence the main stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Executive and C-level.

The requirements to fill the position are:
- Degree preferably in Management Engineering or Economics and Commerce or
- At least 4 years of experience in the commercial sector, specifically in the sale of IT solutions and services in relation to the indicated reference context;
- Excellent knowledge of English and welcome knowledge of other languages;
- Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad;
- Energy, passion, charisma, spirit of initiative, curiosity, success and customer orientation.
